Feeding Unit

1 Separatin and combining of the machine adopt electric control with alarm which rings consecutively when running to  ensure worker's safety,pneumatic coordinated-control device.

2 Main motor drives protective device

3 Inlet edge  feeding system,air draft assists feeding

4 Air volume can be adjusted according to the different conditions of the warping paper to ensure smooth feeding.

Printing Unit

1 Printing roller is plated with rigid  chrome and  grinded surface ,treated by balance rectification to ensure stable running

2 Planetary gear structure, printing phase adopts PLC,touch screen control and electric numerical adjustment of 360 ° (runnig and stopping can be adjusted)

3 Transverse moving is adjusted by PLC,electric numerical control with distance of 10mm

4Ratchet wheel fixed plate rolling axle

5 Loading and unloading printing template,electric controlling CW/CCW rolling by foot switch

6 Steel anilox roller is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification to realize stable running(ceramic anilox roller for option)

7 Rubber ruller is covered with wear-resistant rubber with excellent distributing effect.

Slotting Unit

1 Creasing roller adopted, which can keep paperboard from cracking after creased,axle is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated with balance rectification to realize stable running
2 Single axle with double knives slotting,the height of carton adjustment by PLC and electric numerical control

3 Slotting phase adopts PLC and electric adjustment of 360°(stopping and running can be  adjusted)

4 Axle with slotting knife holder is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface
5 Horizontal movement of slotting knife holder and creasing roller adopt synchronous electric adjustmen( PLC control for option)

6 Creasing interval and knife roller  interval adopt  self-locked structure

7 Anticollision device is used while the slotting knife holder horizontal moving

8 Slotting width reaches 7mm,  alloy steel  slotting knife grinded into gear shape after heat treatment features excellent rigidity and toughness.

Die Cutting Unit

1 Die cutting roller is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification

2 Cushion roller  is treated by balance rectification

3 Interval between die cutting roller and cushion roller is adjuste by hand

4 Planetray gear structure,die cutting phase is controlled by electric numerical adjustment of  360 ° (running and stopping can be adjusted)
