Feeding Unit

1 The assisted independent vibrating motor suffiently improves the paper-feeding performance.

2 The whole paper gauge together with left/right side baffles are movable upper and down,whice saves lots of time on adjustment and changeover.

Positioning Unit

 Independent positioning unit with one side of feeding unit as the basic to make the box folding stable

Gluer Unit

1 Upper paste tank adopts the structure with 2 sets of mechanical gluing rollers, the accurate adjustment is capable to carry out via adjustment of either  left side an right side or upside and downside

2 The disassembly of lower paste tank is convenient for operator to clean all parts of the tank

Folder Unit

1 The lengthening design ensures bothe the left and right folding belt can assort each kind of angle idler pulley to make accuratd adjustments ,which meets the requirment of different material and different boxes sizes,

2 The independent motors drive the left/right side turning belt, the running speed of turning belts are adjustable via operating the digital display,this sufficiently reduces the"trumpet mouth"of paper box

Pressuring and Alignment Unit

1 Convenient adjustment of pressure , paper pressure by pressing tightly and firmly improves the pastin quality.

2 Equipped with mechanical counting device for the counting convenience and the decreasing of  long-term maintenance cost.

3 The adjustable clapping pad coordinated with conveying side jogger re-correct the paper board,keeping the finished paper box without deformation before next procedure.

Automatic Counting and Piling Unit

With brand-new design concept, capable to automatically count and pile the corrugated box,which achieves the high production efficiency

Controlling Unit

1 The whole machine is controlled by industrial computer,drives by multi-servo motors through control of FPGA card,comprise the excellent system for machine running accuracy and efficiency.

2 Optional memory store system,which enable to recall teh relative parameters from last production data, and preset new production parameters if need, then start to produce immediately, this is greatly helpful for a new job changeove, shorten the start-up time and improve the production efficiency.

3 Optional special figure memroy system, just simply order the request box pattern from box shape menu on PC interface, and input the related size data, all data will store in HD and will carry out the automatic adjusting program to every unit,after these data is processed automatically by PC and transferred to the central control unit, this means operator could directly start to produce, but unnecessary more time on re-adjusting machine , or make slight modification via recall momory text.
