Feed Unit

Printig Unit

1 Separating and combining of the machine under electric control,with pneumatic lock

2 Machanical phase adjustment of 360° is shown by dial

3 Pneumatic diaphragm pump supplies ink with ink cup showing ink quantity.

4 Anilox roller is pneumatically separated and automatic ink distribution goes on when running is stopped

5 All the steel axles are plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface

6 Transmission between printing pressing roller and printing roller adopts oldham coupling to be connected

Die Cutting Unit

1 Die cutter roller is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface,treated by balance rectification to ensure smooth feeding

2 Cushion roller is treated by balance rectification to improve running stablility

3 Planetary gear structure

4 Die cutting roller phase is controlled by electric numerical adjustment of 360° (running and stopping can be adjusted)
