Feed Unit

Printig Unit

1 Separating and combining of the machine under electric control,with pneumatic lock

2 Machanical phase adjustment of 360° is shown by dial

3 Pneumatic diaphragm pump supplies ink with ink cup showing ink quantity.

4 Anilox roller is pneumatically separated and automatic ink distribution goes on when running is stopped

5 All the steel axles are plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface

6 Transmission between printing pressing roller and printing roller adopts oldham coupling to be connected

Slotting Unit

1 Mechanical phase adjustment of 360° is  shown by dial

2 Slotting height is adjusted by synchronous control of four knives

3 Creasing device is treated with balance rectification to ensure stable running

4 Alloy steel double-blade strimming knife with sharp edge can make high precision

5 Creasing roller and slottng knife holder transverse movement is under manual control

6 Control panel are equipped with cram botton and joggle button
